I started with Sherry as my personal trainer 5 months ago. I had undergone 2 major surgeries within a year. Although I was physically active & in decent shape regarding cardiovascular status- hiking, commuting by bike 9 miles/day, mountain biking on weekends-I needed help with core strength. Sherry is very knowledgeable & was able to ascertain my strengths & weaknesses. She varies my workouts constantly, which prevents them from becoming predictable & boring. I look forward to the physical challenges she presents to me, & feel a sense of a good workout the next day when I am comfortably feeling the effects of it.
